When Will You Ship My Order?
Santa Letters, Alaska Cuddle Pacs, Santa Letter/Alaska Cuddle Pac Combos, and Ornaments ship December 1st -10th. Orders received after December 10th, will ship USPS Priority Mail through December 15th. No orders accepted December 16 - January 13.A few months ago I saw Tim at an Italian restaurant in Tiburon. I was with Ben and his sisters so, if any trouble arose, I had my posse. Of course, I wasn’t even sure it was him since people change from fourteen to twenty-three. Needless to say, Ben didn’t have the desire, and I didn’t have the guts to make this night very interesting.
How is a letter from Bad Santa different from other Santa Letter companies?
We have found that many other companies just sell a form Santa Letter and nothing else. Our letters are not typical form letters because they are individualized with the information you provide. We include more than just the child’s name and address. We take pride in knowing that our Santa Letters focus on each child’s accomplishments and uniqueness.
Do you write only love letters?
Our letters aren’t only for lovers. We have several fun and unique letters for friends, children, family, or co-workers as well. In addition, in May 2005, we will have Mother’s Day and Father’s Day letters and coming December 2005, we will expand our services to include letters from Santa. After that, we have plans to write other types of letters and announcements as well.
How old does the recipient need to be in order to recieve a letter from Bad Santa?
We recognize the fact that who you send letters to is ultimately your decision, however, we recommend that recipients of Bad Santa letters be 16 and over.We do not use a form letter or automatic software like other Santa Letter sites. Our writing is extremely personalized.
What is Your Refund and Return Policy?
Santa Letters: We want you to be happy with your purchase, however, if you are not satisfied with your Santa Letter, you may return it in good condition (with all original contents), within 14 days of purchase and we will refund your money. No refunds for incorrect address, incorrect name submissions, or misspelled names. Alaska Cuddle Pacs: Return all items within 14 days of purchase for a credit or exchange. How will my letter be postmarked?
Although your Santa letter will be designed as if it’s straight from the North Pole, all Santa Letters include the commemorative Santa Claus postmark. This postmark changes every year and is available exclusively from Santa Claus, Indiana.We do not use a form letter or automatic software like other Santa Letter sites. Our writing is extremely personalized. We make sure that Christmas letters being mailed to the same address are different. We want you to come back next year.
